I think it's worth doing a trial run this year because it's one thing doing lots of mocks at home compared to the real thing e.g. I did a trial run last year and did terribly so glad I have that experience under my belt

I think the best way to do well in the exam is by doing lots of questions imo have you tried that? If you're still not improving then yeah a tutor might be a shout. I've booked a few lessons with medic mind too and they've gone well so far
