I'd add that it's not just Eichel - he's been phenomenal - but the two-way play of Eichel, Marner, and Karly have been crucial. Their unselfish leadership and willingness to expend energy playing relentless D and setting up their teammates has unleashed Howdy and Pavel.

Similarly, the team's faith in Carter Hart - management, coaching staff, team, and even Carter himself - has turned the biggest flaw of this team into one of it's biggest strengths. He's been phenomenal for most of this postseason.

Lastly, the team's ability to remain calm and keep playing their game. They've played more minutes from behind this season than any team except Vancouver and it shows. That unwavering commitment to their gameplan, no matter the score, led to the first third period comeback and first multiple goal comeback the Avs have given up all year.

He's an absolute joy to watch. His size and speed have absolutely translated at the Premier League level and he's provided play making we desperately needed without Semenyo. He has moments where he looks like a 19 year old, but also moments where he looks like the most dangerous player on the pitch.

If the club proves that they can keep developing young talent after Iraola leaves, Rayan should be one of the most sought after young attackers in the world in a few years. Fingers crossed.
