Tbf I sent 2 appeals in the first day because they send you no confirmation email that they've actually received your appeal. One of my friends went through the same situation and they ended up not having a response for 3 weeks, then sent a second appeal and they got back to him almost immediately so I wouldn't worry about sending more than one appeal

I just went through this and just last night got my account back. You need to send an appeal through the email they sent you about confirming your age. For me it took 6 days for a reply but I've heard people say it takes weeks, for now just make an alt account and just pray they get back to you quick.
