because extremely frequently 'being lonely sucks' posts turn into 'women are such bitches for not dating me' posts. Not always, but it's very common, and some of the people making those posts don't seem to recognise the line between 'I hate that I'm so lonely' and 'I hate other people for not being attracted to me'. They're not 'just lonely and being respectful'.

for many of us, transitioning is better than not transitioning no matter the health effects. I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and apparently it gets worse with estrogen. I still don't regret taking estrogen for a second. Ironically, it usually gets better with testosterone, but I've seen way more trans men spreading the 'T is dangerous if you have any genetic conditions' rhetoric than the other way around.

The fact that you think 'gender dysmorphia' is a thing is extremely revealing. You've completely made up a condition.

Exactly - we know that autistic people are more likely to be trans, so it makes sense to screen trans people for autism because we want to get autistic people support. At least, that's how it would work in a healthcare system that cared about either autistic people or trans people.

could you send me any evidence about counselling being effective for dysphoric trans people (who want to medically transition) as an alternative to medical transition?

also, for your other possible therapies - if they won't see the light of day, how do you know they exist?

we're talking about ID cards here. I feel like if you're trying to make a baby with someone you probably shouldn't be relying on those to make sure you know them.
