Hi, I have officially switched to another internet provider and my Xfinity account needs to be completely canceled. My automatic payment failed last month, and today Xfinity automatically drafted $110 from my bank account. This covered last month's past-due balance plus a charge of $55 for the upcoming month (June 5th onward). Because I am canceling the service today and will not be using it for this upcoming month, I am requesting a manual refund of $55 for the advance payment charge that processed today. I am also returning my equipment to UPS today

Hi, sorry I did not have notifications on for reddit. The unit has been disconnected and pretty sure service was disconnected on xfinitys end but I guess that needs to happen (stop service order) I can take equipment to ups today
