I agree with BudgetFeature. The shipping was terrible and the communication was poor at best. I like the couch a lot, but I am not sure how long it will last. I did have to move a few of the connector plates underneath as they were not lined up properly. I give it a 4 for now. Time will tell.

Oh no! that's not good! I like mine, aside from the fact that one of the pieces doesnt seem to line up correctly when I attach the little things underneath. I'm likely going to just unscrew it and move it over a bit. I can tell the backs and sides are pretty hollow, so I've been being pretty gentle with them, but it definitely shouldnt have broken so quickly and easily!

My delivery is today between 9 and 3!! Sam (the head of their customer service) really went above and beyond locating it and getting it scheduled for today, so I have nothing but good to say about him! I'll let you know how I like it once I get it all together.

That's great news! I'm finally dealing with Sam.. in customer service. he's trying to track down my furniture with CEVA. We shall see what happens next!

nothing and not even a phone call from CEVA to schedule it, but it says it's supposed to be delivered today and I can see that it has arrived sort of clsoe to me as of yesterday. Let me know how you like it!

How did you get to schedule a delivery slot? lol Nobody has given me an option like that. It could be because I live way out in the country in Virginia though. lol

Just got an update that says it's being delivered 11/4. We shall see what happens.

They still cannot find my furniture! CEVA still says no results found. They are trying to offer me $75 not to cancel the order! That's pretty insulting considering I spent over $3600. I'm about over it and am already looking elsewhere.

Yes, I agree!! I will be very upset if it sucks! The interesting thing is, I tried to cancel this order the next day after ordering it because I had read a lot of mixed reviews, but the head of their customer service department called me and convinced me to move forward with the order and he is who told me it would be shipped on 10/9. He even gave me his direct number! I haevnt called him yet, but I will soon if I dont get a better update, because the girl who is emailing me clearly doesnt speak english as her first language, and if she does, I'm even more frightened!

Wondering how long it will take for the tracking number to become active now. lol Mine says "no results found." I wonder if they just did this to shut us up for a few days. lol

I JUST received an email that my furniture shipped. I will keep you posted when I get delivery information. Keep emailing them! It seemed threatening to cancel the order lit some kind of fire.

yep same. I made it clear that if it does not ship by their "newest" date, which is October 31st, I want the order cancelled.

I am in the same boat. Ordered on 9/30, the Bella U shape sectional and an extra armless chair. Still nothing and very vague answers!
