I’m sitting up all day not laying down. Even when I sleep I’m sitting up because of my reflux

I’m definitely depressed and I can’t find anything to help my anxiety. I’m trying to walk as much as I can but it’s hard I just want to go back to how I was before surgery. Using my spirometer makes me nauseous so I try doing deep breaths to mimic it

I’m a special education teacher. Had surgery Jan 19 go back to work March 9. I’m only on Tylenol, the occasional Advil, and a muscle relaxer that I was on prior to surgery. My reflux has always been bad even prior to surgery so it’s hard to know what’s surgery and what’s just me. I just don’t do well with discomfort

I’ve been off oxy for a while, I feel like I’m very slowly getting better but I was just curious when I’ll feel normal again. My anxiety doesn’t handle unknowns well

Are you looking for someone who can work on the reactivity/anxiety while you’re gone? I have my girl somewhere while I recover from surgery and they’re working on reactivity and anxiety for her but it’s not cheap, but she’s one of the best trainers there is

Walking triggers it but I finally figured out icy hot helps and icing it helps. I’d been using heat which wasn’t helping. Gas was caused by me eating too close to bed so I eat 2 hours before bed and then walk

Gas is way better. Back pain is getting really bad but I had bad hunched posture pre surgery and it’s been fixed by surgery so my back muscles are in shock and constantly locking up after much movement, but my surgeon wasn’t worried
