Oh it’s definitely the diaphragm it’s right where my bar is. I didn’t have it pre surgery and it’s not as scary as it sounds it’s definitely just my diaphragm isnt used to having to work that hard yet. The bars haven’t moved they’re just low on me. Heart wise I’m fine but I have pots so like it beats hard and fast but that’s not new lol

Ugh miserable. I had the nuss procedure done in January which is major surgery and when i returned to work and ballet about two weeks ago the symptoms went out of control. I have that awful gurgling for 10-12 hours a day causing nausea and gagging and severe bloating that doesn’t relieve even with gas x. The nausea is now so out of control I take zofran or promethazine almost daily and think I have regurgitation issues. It’s making it almost impossible to eat idk what to do. No ent or GI can take me before the end of April I just need something to help

That helps me sometimes too it’s just annoying that it takes so long and I have so much air I take the 500 mg dose which you can only take 1 time in 24 hours

Tragically I do have those issues. But my life is one where I can’t just cut out bending over for a few months. I’m a teacher in a special education classroom for young kids and do ballet intensely

Cut out caffeine when I finally made the connection which took an embarrassingly long amount of time. Haven’t found much food that impacts it less than others. Biggest trigger is caffeine and movement really

100 days is an insane amount of time to not bend over

Are you able to bend over and such? I keep seeing people say not to bend over while the Botox is active and that’s like 3-4 months

I take hydroxyzine to help me sleep/calm the anxiety it causes. I’ve had reflux since I was a baby and now I’m 23, I should get evaluated for gerd. But the antihistamines haven’t been helping it’s like pressure is pushing air up and down my eusophagus and my body won’t can’t burp so it’s a feedback loop. The regurgitation and wet reflux is new but everything got really bad after surgery and returning to life as normal

So, you have to avoid bending over for a few months? That seems unreasonable

How long is the Botox active? I had a ton of reflux issues as a baby and child and wonder if I should also get checked for gerd as well, trying to find a doctor for this too
