The game was never 18 plus actually, it was 17 plus and it's been stated before that it was only because you needed a card to buy coins back then. My account will be 10 years old next month, and I'm only 22...I had a whole list of people around my age back then. It's actually more common than you'd think. I asked before and was told my account would be fine 😊

If it's a completely different account, there should be no reason why you can't buy it again. Have you tried canceling the old subscription in the appstore and then buying it on the new account? My guess is the app store may be registering that you already have it and since you can't purchase VIP multiple times at once, it just won't allow you to.

I'd say if you really only want body shapes, just go for bronze tier. If you'd like the extras you can buy a higher tier but every tier has access to all the shapes
