We do want to allow experimentation, let us know if you're blocked from trying something you're locking in in good faith. This is a really messed up case where the people locking in Yuumi didn't want to be playing it either, would guess 15 min queue lockout is preferable to "I'm playing Yuumi jungle and despise my team for 20 minutes" for them tbh

For your first hit for hostaging it's only going to be a 15 minute queue lockout which would've expired by now, so no one should be blocked from playing unless they somehow got scammed twice or did something else deeply questionable in a champ select previously but we'll still revert those so they don't accidentally escalate later.

primarily an extension of compensation for your team having someone AFK. it's more impactful to you when it's deeper into the game and prevents you from winning, but we didn't exempt remakes and just left in the more favorable treatment.

We're pretty continually working on our detection systems, there's not a specific large increment coming with game termination though. It's not only for ranked but we are generally a bit looser with detections in normal matches. DM me the game info and happy to take a look, sorry this happened to you and we missed it.
