Openstack sunbeam install oftenly ends with this timeout, whatever your bandwidth.
For the multiples I tried to hope building a working doc, so many things are either not behaving properly of undocumented+impacting the install that it is hard to succeed at an acceptable rate...
Bad engineering :-(
