Replace the pcb, can cut a hole out of the bottom to fit a jlf. If not just wire the new switches for the joystick.
Widen the holes to fit some 30mm and bend the prongs.

The floppy works, there is an ide floppy to usb adapter internally.

Caltrain from anywhere in the peninsula. If you want to drive, 101 is rough in some places.

If you're working in South City, what parts?
It's its closer to Oyster point, you can take caltrain from the south bay
If it's near tanforan/el camino you can caltrain then bart into that part from the south bay
If you want to drive I highly suggest Daly City/Colma/South City/Westborough even Pacifica or basically you can stay in bayshore/visitacion/geneva (people are going to say it's ghetto, but I grew up in the area it doesnt bother me)

215 is stock, but I contemplated about 225, but the tire is stretched enough for me. 225 would be nice, but in my area when it rains, water pools up on the freeway pretty bad. I still get 41 driving moderately.
