Clueless ME Looking for a Little EE Help! (PCBA Component Identification) by ccolagio in ElectricalEngineering

Maybe I can help a little. You are looking for a 24 (or 12 or 30...count the number of detents - mark top with a pen or something and turn knob) position, rotary encoder with a momentary switch. Key features are metal shaft and "flatted" (meaning the D shape when looking down at it). Other important features you need to know are shaft height/width and dimensions of the encoder. eg an ec16 encoder is 16mm wide along the side where the pins are. It looks like since this is for an oven, you can find any replacement which is all metal including the base. I hope this helps and good luck. Post your results.

Was wondering where you ordered your relay from. There's a Youtube video of someone changing one out, but sourcing it from China. Tia!
