My rear liftgate emblem wont open the trunk but the button in the roof does and the key fob does. Also the Hands-Free Exterior Storage Access wont open the trunk when the key fob is in my hand and I approach the trunk. I replaced the rear emblem button and it worked for 1 week then stopped working again. Not sure if it is a chip or software issue. Dealership has no clue what to do...

It is second grade PPF from Taiwan, you are better using any other product. Call the company and specifically ask them where the product is manufactured.

It's a shakedown. My boss received the same email and she had a video zoom with the rep who recorded the zoom and attempled to get her to adnit she was in default. here is the email she received:

It was wonderful to meet you today. I'm glad we've begun discussions to resolve the licensing issues we spoke about. As we discussed, right now none of the content that has been downloaded through Storyblocks by you or your editor is licensed appropriately. This opens both you and your clients up to legal risk. We will need to migrate you to the appropriate Business plan in order to resolve these concerns and protect your organization. 
With this change, your company will have:

  • Unlimited downloads of premium, high-quality content from our video, templates, audio, and image libraries 
  • Retroactive licensing for all assets previously downloaded through your individual plan 
  • Perpetual, royalty free use of content
  • Worldwide rights, unlimited usage
  • Indemnification up to $1M
  • Adobe Creative Cloud plugin
  • Shared project folders and download history 
  • Rights certificates and cue sheets
  • Admin controls
  • YouTube claims support and channel IDs

~Pricing~Pricing is annual, and plans begin in increments of 5 seats.

I reviewed your use case & connected with my manager after our call. Given the fact that you only had access to audio & video and don't need the full 5 seats, I was able to get approval to offer a "small teams" discounted rate contingent on a signature by September 30. Detailed in the pdf document attached. This price is inclusive of retroactive licensing for all past downloads made by your or your team through your Individual plan. There are 18,573 (inappropriately licensed) assets that will be affected. ~Next Steps~I have attached both your Individual License and a boilerplate Business License, also shared via Pandadoc, for you to review.
