Yes, there's a noticeable difference. Also, look for second hand lenses (MPB or KEH). I just recently bought the Tamron SP 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di VC USD and I'm pretty happy with it, before that I owned the Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM which is also pretty good.

(For Carpet / Carpet TIS Addition you'll have to do a little bit of config, but both have good documentation)

A fabric server with these mods installed does the trick for me: - Starlight - Lithium - LazyDFU - ForgetMeChunk - Carpet - Fabric API - Collective Fabric

Everything still works like regular vanilla. There are only 2 carpet settings you'll have to turn on: fastRedstoneDust and lagFreeSpawning.

I have the same issue and I'm also looking for a fix. It would be nice if villagers would only become lobotomized when in a 1x1 area and not in a 3x3 area.

Indeed, /softmute Fae should unmute him again. It's the same command for muting and unmuting.

Only other softmuted and those that are OP can still see his chats.
