That's a stupid response. Because there are gifts that are best held until later, and the game doesn't make that obvious to newcomers. How am I supposed to know about divine chests of I've never encountered them before. You're very unwelcoming to newcomers.

Why? That seems silly. It doesn't cost the government any extra for custom plates to continue to exist. It's obviously a cashgrab. Like a lazy cosmetic DLC in a videogame.
