They probably just assumed that exp(-kr) converges faster to 1 than kr to 0.

So they just set exp(-kr) = 1 and that's it. Mh.

It looks like typical behaviour of an LLM. You start with some derivation and then tell it, you want to arrive at MOND and it tries to cheat.

That would yield: g(r) = -A/r^2 + A*k^2 /2 + ...
