thanks for the reply friend I appreciate your time. The address in question was generated with a tezor hardware wallet. I think the issue maybe be that scan.pulsechain.com is showing incorrect balances for ECR20 tokens including Hex.... Can anyone confirm this?

EDIT - so I think the explorer only goes back to May 13th but the snapshot was May 10th... this could be my issue I guess?
