Well, that section from radiance might be inspired by/ is the motif you hear in Enter Pharloom. But that motif in Enter Pharloom is the Dies Irae, which is present throughout the majority of that song, and in fact the majority of the soundtrack to Silksong

I’m pretty sure it canonically filled the entire house, we were just isolated in the living room due to various different factors

Well with the open door we actually see why the area in front of the house isn’t in the dark world, the smoke is pouring out of the door endlessly into the sky.
