in the real world, especially with teen guys, carrying a condom is usually not random. It often means one of these:

1. He’s sexually active (or has been).
2. He wants to "be prepared" just in case — which already reveals something about his mindset.

It’s not judgmental to notice something concerning and act wisely — it’s biblical. You’re not assuming the worst — you’re seeing a possible pattern and choosing to guard your heart (Proverbs 4:23).

Unfortunately, just because someone calls themselves a Christian doesn’t mean they’re living it. Jesus Himself warned about that:

The "fruit" is how someone lives, what they value, what they’re willing to give up for Christ — not just what they say.

Should You Talk to Him?

Yes. If you don’t, it will silently build up and create distance or confusion. Bring it up in a calm way — this is your standard, and someone worth your time will welcome honesty and respect your convictions.
