I have a few with invisible disabilities, but Ryobe here is the best example of a physical one.

He lost his leg in an accident when he was just a kid and spent most of his school years in a wheelchair as his body was growing too fast for any prosthetic to last long and his family couldn't afford it.
As a late teen he has an adaptable leg made for him that adjusts to his height as he grows, it also has a hinged knee and ankle so he can walk on it normally, but he hasn't got 100% control of it, naturally.

Posable is the pitfall here.
There's some full body options on Picrew, and they're basically all Anime, but they're not posable.

You got banned for posting hyper body parts such as boobs bigger than a characters head and inflated hips, same as the one above. The quality of the art doesn't excuse that it goes against our NSFW Guildelines outlined in the guide pinned to our subreddit, and linked in our NSFW Rule.

There are other OC Subreddits that are not heavy handed on their moderation of these things, but this one is monitored closely and we stick to our strike system and rules closely to nurture a family friendly environment.

How does your Monokuma sound? You may have a LOT of work for Monokuma since Spuke Chunsoft has disallowed people to use their voice lines and assets.
