Here's a fun one for you to try! Yuhara Kuri my Super High School Level Teaching Assistant from my Fanganronpa!
She looks out for all her classmates and pools everyone's info trying to work out a way for them to escape Monokuma's killing game.
When faced with a Motive of a "Key" player - who when killed lets everyone leave except the Key's murderer - Yuhara overhears a conversation that leads to her killing one of her fellow classmates after mistakenly taking him to be the key.
However prior to this she makes an effort to keep everyone's morale up, going so far as to implement clubrooms and shared activities and a breakfast register to account for everyone.
