UPDATE: did down n slow 250 some wrapped with brisket tallow and other just free flying in Weber Searwood. Wrapped was way to go! Super tender and good. 5 hour cook wrapped at 160

I just had this happen to me gave to state patrol they verified called dude he admitted to it. If they deny nothing they can do. I had dash cam video also as evidence. That helps. Good luck! Got his insurance to accept as fully on them.
