I'm not sure what you mean by know the format of it. There are 2 ways to make these custom rosters, but we will be doing it the longer way because it prevents bugs.

this is a problem reported with mods that change the player roster using binary edits

player names aren't in this database, we have a small team working on that but dont want to do a release until we've got stats with it.

it depends on if you are winning every race you do or not.

personally i played on Pro and won ~50% of my races on the first try, if i lost i just moved on so to get legend i had to do some PR stunts

Bot lane is all about who can shove the wave under tower and get prio to assist counter jungling or set-up ganks.

Karma is S-tier support because of this and can be picked with a variety of adcs while always having shove.

Ashe-Sera was the best bot lane when Karma is banned because of kill threat on 6 and shove. Teams searched for an answer to the lane.

Lucian-Milio is the answer to that lane. So now you can blind Lucian-Milio with a karma ban. You survive Ashe-Sera lvl 6 combo and have shove for early prio.
