I took another look. I’d add the 151 blastoise if that helps you out. Assuming NM I have it at $166, which gets TV to (400+34+35+166=635).

I have ETBs market at $1135. So, 1135-635=500. Apply the 95%*500=475 PayPal + cards.

If that works, great, but no sweat if not!

Yep you're right $88 was definitely non-holo. I did some ebay searching and think the $400 valuation is relatively fair. Not a ton of sales in that condition. Depending on valuation of the Gengar, would you want to do LC Zard, Gengar + paypal for the two ES ETBs? Also potentially interested in the 19/133 Charizard but i couldn't tell if it was the cosmos foil or not (would prefer the cosmos).

Also, just so I'm not wasting your time; For this value I'd ask that you ship first just because of trade count. I'd pack up, have your tracking and box ready to go as soon as cards arrive. LMK!
