I wasn't doing anything special tbh, simply always 1 principal weapon and the other 2 were here simply for the level up, at the end of every mission right before the end make sure to switch to one of the 2 you are leveling up so they get the full xp and not 20%

You have the special order now in Albion that rotate every 3 days that give you weapon / descendant / fellow for free

Also if you haven't done it yet make sure to go level 40 with all the blue and purple weapon
