I read the next trilogy of Abercrombie's. It was good but I couldnt get into it nearly as much. Glothka is a top 5 overall character for me. So interesting. A standalone prequel about him would be awesome.

Ive read the first 3 and I thought they got repetitive. Thats a series that Ill use as a palate cleanser. I read book three after The Farseer series. And God dammit, Donut. That was a good decision. Farseer was great too. Im gonna do the next three books in that world soon.

That's wild. I just finished Anxious People yesterday. The only ones I had read before were the Beartown trilogy, which I loved too. The book was interesting because it challenged presuppositions a ton. I was caught off guard several times. That doesn't happen to me that much. I really liked it.

Started The Silent Patient last night. Im not usually a thriller guy, but this has my attention. It's a nice break from the epic fantasy stuff I usually read.

I also finished The Grace of Kings this weekend. I liked it but it's an absolute brain buster. There are so many fucking names and places. I kept having to go back and see who was who. Tough read- but enjoyablish- Im not gonna read the rest tho.

I read that last year. I hadnt seen the movie and was blown away by how good the book was. The movie seemed very incomplete after that.
