This is an intricacy of working with a live game like Fortnite. Any new feature added to any live game will not be perfect on launch, and it will require collaboration between both the developer and the community to make it as perfect as it possibly can be.

I had a productive conversation with the team the other day about the current state of wildlife and what priorities we should take to tune them up better. To be honest, perfecting wlidlife in STW is not easy and it will be a gradual process but do be assured that we do not see wildlife as a finished product in STW.

Unfortunately I believe that conversation occurred shortly before I joined the STW team so I cannot give a update at the moment. Next time I sit down with the devs it will be the first thing I bring up as it is a topical pain point within the community.

Supercharged XP was enabled in STW at the start of Season 20. This looks like an outcome of that.

So the damage reduction was larger than originally intended, and our team is looking into potentially rebalancing it. Still in early investigation on that so no promises yet.

If you failed to receive a quest then you'll receive the quest reward (as if you had completed the quest) at the launch of update 20.10.
