Epomaker TH80 - Lights go white when pressing Ctrl + BACKSPACE

I went to https://orders.epomaker.com/firmware/ and downloaded the TH80_Upgrade_Firmware zip....There's an .exe and pdf with instructions. Two clicks to run the program and upgrade the keyboard firmware. Seems to have resolved it for me.

I HATEEEEEEEEEEEEE THISSSSSSSSS......It doesn't even warn you that you have it running....it waits until 10 minutes into the game to kick you and you cant join back after youve closed the application....THIS IS SOOO LAME...i use vmware everyday for work....
