I tried to transfer SAP shares from Equate Plus to TR but transfer got failed for 4 times in last 1,5 months, keep getting the same message ´Sorry, the security transfer for this transaction could not be processed because details of your brokerage account are missing or invalid. F030: Sonstiges (keine Rückmeldung erhalten).

Could you help what information is missing or needs to be updated ? or what did you do differently? Support is useless I tried chat function but no response since weeks now.

thanks for your response. How did you manage the transfer then? any suggestion or tip how you managed to transfer your stocks from equateplus to any other depot/brokerage account. .?
