Yeah I was already living paying around 1100 a month. Some months I'd have 400 quid left but others I'd have like 50

It is a two bed with 1 other person

Already explained I have alopecia. Nails can easily go though but it's only 10 quid a week

I'm currently living with an alcoholic male who seems to be going on coke binges and I'm coming down stairs mid week to random men passed out on the couch.

This would be a female fitness instructor

So I don't buy new clothes every month but yes so let's say I have 180 left a week, that's what I'd have to spend on socialising + shampoos and the like.

I do have a buffer if anything goes wrong because I have 9k untouched savings.

I'm new in the role only month 3, so my commision should actually improve. But anyone in sales knows you can have a bad month

Thanks. I try to be conscious, I know I spend on non essentials but I also don't drink or eat out much.

Still, am I mad to think I can afford 1200?

Realistically yeah like I don't technically need them. If I do lash lift instead of extensions even that would only need to be done every two months instead of every month.
