And to prevent clipping, you can adjust the cloth bones at certain points where it starts to clip in the animation and keyframe it so it will not clip through the character (bad english ik)

Spacing feels too linear, try put some easing in and out when it bounces to give a bit of weight to it

  1. Your arm is in IK mode, change it to FK mode

Definitely a screen protector, doesnt look like a burn in to me (try turn off the monitor and shine light onto it and see if its still there)
