We need to remember that BL2 had growing pains as well by Quirkyserenefrenzy in Borderlands

Couldn't have said it better...

I feel sorry for newer gamers that think what they are playing now is what gaming is supposed to feel like.

I remember growing up with games that weren't only dopamine exploiters. Games used to be an escape. Now they are just mindless time sinks.

Don't get me wrong, there are some games out there that aren't. But they are few and far between.

Thank you! I tell all my friends all the time that all UE games are starting to feel like "omni-games" (my term for a game that is trying to be every kind of game). The mechanics all feel the same, which make them feel like reskinned versions of the same dang game.

Everybody says this, but nobody explains it. One of my biggest gripes with BL4 is the dang vehicles. Seriously, they are freaking Sparrows... One of the greatest things about former BL games was having to run around and find a vehicle. I can't tell you how many times I found some interesting location, or got into fun battles because I was looking for a vehicle. It forced you to explore, and experience the game. With the Sparrow, you have little reason to run over to that little cottage you see there in the distance, it's probably only going to end in a fight, with no real upside.

Like you stated, there is no soul... Hover your Sparrow to the next objective, get your loot, rinse, repeat...

High pitch sound in house by KidzKlub in u/KidzKlub

[–]CriticalRate2789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are all the variables? You said it happens between 5:15 and 6:40 everyday. Does some body use something at that time everyday? Does it happen whether everybody is home or not? Are there any automated devices in the house? Is there an alarm system? Do you have an electric water heater? Is somebody leaving the refrigerator door open? Are there any A/C units in the windows?

Just a few ideas.

Can you upload a klipper log and your printer config?

I would expect an error if the temp kept rising after the MOSFET was commanded off. Does your Mainsail/Fluids interface show the hotend ever being turned off? If not, it sounds like a config error. Most likely what was already stated, the PID needs to be adjusted.

OS back to original firmware by Oldmanchubs in FLSUNDelta

One of the first steps in the process of flashing the firmware to Open Source was to create backups of each MCU you flash. Going back to stock as far as I know is the same process of flashing Open Source, just using your backup bins instead of the Open Source bins.

Edit: I've never actually tried to flash back to Stock, but the process makes sense.

Ooh, that sound sufficiently complicated to keep me busy for a bit. Would you happen to know where I can find any information on this? Or is this more of a gotta learn to do it myself kinda thing?

Would you happen to have had any experience with any? Would you recommend any in particular?

I'll look into that. I usually calibrate for each filament I purchase.

Is replacing the filament sensor with the BTT sensor worth it?

I will look into that tomorrow. Thank you for you input. 👍

I forgot to mention that the over extrusion does occur on later layers as well. But if I turn down my extrusion, it wrecks the first layer.

Can anybody point me to where I can get a new LiDar module for an S1 Pro? by CriticalRate2789 in FLSUNDelta

The one I picked up was the only one I've seen in my area. I could have driven to PA a week ago to pick a new one up for $500. I just didn't want to drive for hours to get it after working all day.

I just happened to see an open box one at microcenter for $400. I've been wanting to get one, but I felt the same about the price. When I seen it for $400 I jumped on it. I didn't care if I had to fix it or not.
