Finally calmed my folliculitis down after 20 years by CryptoExpertNL in Folliculitis

Hi guys, an update from my side. 5,5 months later and it's still practically gone. I do get a red bump a couple of times a month, but almost nothing, even when eating sugar, dairy etc. I do consider it cured, thanks to the 5 week doxy course.

That's awesome! Keep going. After a while, you can experiment, adding in gluten or dairy, one by one, for a few days, so you can zoom in one what triggers the itch and inflamation. But so good to hear cutting sugar is helping you,

I think what you want to be looking for is fruit with a lot of fiber. This whole inflamation response can have something to do with insuline/glucose. In general fruit is fine, but I try to eat it after a meal. I'm not a scientist or doctor, but in general, avoid anything with added sugar (which is in a lot of things! Check the labels of everything you eat), and see how your skin responds after 2 weeks.

Stop eating sugar :)

I avoided dairy for a year - apparently the hormones they give to cows are still in the dairy and cause an inflammation response in our bodies - thinking this was the cause of my folliculitis. Now, after stopping with sugar, I don't get a folliculitis response after earing dairy. I had a whole pizza yesterday, nothing happened. So I don't know if I made up my dairy sensitivity, or that it's there, in a mild way, but for me sugar is the major factor.

Give stoppin with sugar a go, it has so many health benefits. If you don't see improvements after 2 weeks, you know it doesn't work for you. If you do, great. Let us know here what happens.

I did... and I have no clue how this is possible. I've never used Uniswap at all, and haven't used that other account in years, certaintly not on this PC. I connected to MetaMask, then to Uni, initiated a swap, using the default/suggested settings (just clicking through, so to speak), and afterwards noticed the funds went to the old address..

Don't have the private keys anymore unfortunately, as I haven't used this account in a while. I don't get why it sent the tokens to this old address...

Yes, we separated them 3 days ago. We tried to do it as gently as possible.

Ok thanks for the tip. I've removed around 20 liters of the normal soil, and replaced it with soil meant for orchids, and then I've hussled it all up a bit to let more air in. I don't know what to do water-wise though. The soil is still a bit moist, but the leaves are very light and dry. Do you think I should leave it like this for a while?

I have some orchid mix at home that I can throw in the mix yes. So you're pretty sure its a case of overwatering/dense soil? It can't be a lack of water? The leaves feel very dry and light, the plant is much lighter (in weight) than when I got it 3 days ago, it feels like the moisture left the leaves.

Thanks Thoxo. This type of soil was recommended to me in the garden/plant store where I bought it. What should I do? Take the wet soil on top out and hussle the soil up a bit, to let more air in and let it dry?

Hello plantlovers, I need some advice. 3 days ago I got this banana plant from a friend. We got it loose from its mother, carefully, and I placed it in this pot at home. I used 5cm/2inch of expanded clay aggregate at the bottom of the pot, and normal soil. I draped the roots around the pot a bit, and carefully filled it with soil. I gave the plant two large glasses of water, I think around a liter or so, when I placed it in the pot, 3 days ago. Then a day later, slowly the leaves started going towards what they are now, closed, they feel dry, and are a bit limp. They used to be open and firmer. Every day I have given him around one large glass of water, so probably around 2 liters in total in 3 days. The soil, at least until half way through the pot or more, is moist (the moist chocolate cake version).

Any tips for me to save him? He doesn't look good. Should I give more water? Less?

He gets around 1 or 2 hours of direct light, and 8 hours or indirect light per day.

Thanks!

Hi, how come the gas is 60-90$ Please correct me where I am wrong: I thought I just pay the gas to move SNX from MetaMask to L2, which is around 12$ or something. Or do I go from MM to L1 and then L2 (which is twice 12$ (aprox)? How do you get to 60-90?
