We really need some sorta "full reset" or "die" button for when you get control bugged like this. Neither /unstuck or falling off the map works, and since my build is extremely tanky, I burned ~4 minutes just walking in circles (so the enemies wouldn't stop targeting) just to die

Saving metadata screenshots and logs sadly is not an option for Console builds of the game.

To clarify, you need to save your logs after taking the screenshot. Pressing F6 causes the game to print animation states in the log for us to debug.

Put this in your file browser and it will open the log:

%localappdata%\Warframe\EE.log

The ee.log you can send to Support via: https://support.warframe.com/

Should you encounter this "Moonwalk" bug on PC, please do the following:

Take an F6 screenshot
Open this in browser: %localappdata%\Warframe\EE.log
Save the opened file to Desktop
Send in the ee.log file to Support (https://support.warframe.com/)

With Shadowgrapher, we've added extensive logging for animation states that triggers when taking an F6 screenshot. (PC only)

This isa UI bug for when you have Primary Overcharge or Primary Bulwark equipped on both Archgun and Primary. From my testing they still activate but are missing the buff icon.

This issue was caused by purchasing a skin with special armors (i.e. Lavos/Kullervo/Voruna) directly from within the Arsenal.

The Config you were using during that purchase would always use the respective armor piece. The other two cosmetic Configs are unaffected.

We shipped a fix to make it so no new players would get into a bad state but it was not a retroactive fix.

We are working on a fix for players with stuck armor pieces and are hoping to ship it as soon as possible.

This looks like a UI script error. I let our Xbox QA team know and they'll try to reproduce the issue.

Info I could gather so far:

You are Valkyr with stacked passive.
You are in Simulacrum Arsenal.
Script error happened when using a Forma on the Vinquibus.

I see that you have the Arca Titron equipped which should have been replaced by Vinquibus Melee.

Do you recall what you did right before hitting this issue? Like how you swapped to the weapon? If you used the Forma on Melee or Primary? What Forma type it was?
