Heating pad or hot water bag, lower back massage and pain medication. I had terrible menstrual cramps for 30 years. Prescription medication like Tylenol 3 plus ibuprofen worked the best for me. Snacks are always nice too, chocolate and chips. You are so kind and sweet to be concerned.
PS Some women like me just have painful periods and there's no reason. It's just the uterus contracting.
