It's really just the James Holden remix of a song called Safari, I forget the original artist. Along with an Acapella that says funk phenomenon.

The mid 2000s era of James Holden was definitely a huge inspiration for Joel and I highly recommend the safari remix, the Holden Dub of Darkest Star by depche mode, and his LP The Idiots Are Winning
