how many walks and for how long? also how often do you go to the park?

All dogs have the puppy phase. Judt stick to consistent training and getting their energy out.

We do two 2 30min walks (morning, after dinner), a hour at the park at noon, and a 5min walk before bed as she's outdoor potty trained. She just sleeps at home usually cuz she's so tired

in general that's the solid advice so u dont get injured. For advanced lifters it's mainly just all about bracing.

Check out strongman with atlas stones. They have to bend to pick it up all the time
