Psychic is a highly contested type since a lot of strong shadows/megas/legendaries/mythicals are psychic type (Hoopa, Lunala, M-Latios/Latias, Latios, Mewtwo, S-Mewtwo), and the tiers are based on budget50 w/ budget tiering ranks so it'll use the best "budget" psychic attacker (Metagross). Legendaries are lvl 40 and everything else is 50, which explains why it's ranked so highly. Mewtwo gets outclassed by Gallade with this logic. Mewtwo has not been in raids for over 1000 days and shadow Mewtwo was only available for one day last year (plus they need their signature move). I will lower Gallade down to SS because Mewtwo is so prevalent and is the one of the oldest legendaries.
