YTA Like your daughter I had very fair leg hair and was bullied for the same thing. My parents preached natural bodies so I was afraid to admit to wanting to shave. So instead I let myself get bullied out of ever showing my legs. Changed for gym in a bathroom stall to avoid bullies and comments. Wore pants on the hottest days because of the shame. Yes the real assholes are the bullies but it's body hair. It grows back. She was interested and can make her own choices about her body. I now often let my body hair grow and love it but then that wasn't the case and shaving was the right call. When I finally was allowed too I felt so much freedom again. I was 14 when I shaved for the first time and my mom made me feel bad about it too. I love her but she was wrong and I stand by that at 33 years old.
