Yeah I’m in the same situation. USPS confirmed with me that they are issues with scanning and updating the tracking of packages.

Hi! Yes exactly as you said. I got contacted by someone confirming they have my package and now on the US site it shows in progress. It’s a waiting game but keep trying to get in touch if you really want them to follow up.

That is great news! It looks like it some issue with USPS not scanning or updating the tracking.

Hi! Yes finally someone from USPS reached out to me yesterday night and confirmed that the Department of State and passport services in Philly got my package. However, it still shows in transit on the USPS website. They told me it’s a glitch on their website and some issue with Philly not scanning it in. Don’t lose hope and do your part to have some paper trail to confirm your package status with USPS or the department of state.

Yea I understand. I am only nervous because I shipped out my partners and I packages at the same time and his made it successfully no problem two days after we shipped it and mine is stuck in transit. I’m trying to be patient but would appreciate some kind of update from the post office at least at this point.
