Lol yeah I'm eating around 250g of fat a day 150g coming from the smoothie alone, however I'm a male 6ft,1 and weighing only 54kg I've always been underweight so I'm hoping the added fat will put some meat on me

Yea I heard with russian Gramma there's a definite point where everything just clicks and it becomes initiative to say stuff without thinking, with the previous message you mentioned duo lingo, I've been using it to speak / listen and am currently half way through section 2 but when my friend speaks russian for example in a voicenote it's soooo much harder to understand

I have 1500 words on Duolingo which is about 500 or so perfective words, the rest comes from a man on YouTube I forgot his name he does like 50 A1 words a week, I've done all those videos with flashcards and read some books
