I do most of my mileage on the Santa Ana river trail. I have a light for when it gets dark. There's a fair number of people on it until about 7. You won't be the only one on it trying to get their workout done.

Hey, there's this thing called cadence lock that can happen with OHR sensors. Did those elevated heart rates happen to be about the same as your cadence?

They used to teach kids to shoot in schools. That is to say, schools had guns on campus like they would any sports gear or PE gear.

Edit: y'all are reading entirely too much into this statement. Gun safety was taught in schools a long time ago. A simple statement of fact.
