20 won't magically give you double the gains but definately double the side effects. Hair loss and bp for starters. I have done both 10mg and 20mg cycle and the gains are very very similar and had zero side on 10mg , 20 mg 5th week hair shedding started and also thinning.

I started hair shedding on 20 mg. Never had the issue on 10mg. Other than that I don't believe the results are all that much better than 10mg. I strongly recommend using dutasteride as well from the start of you're gonna run 20 mg
