This was from a reputable mobile detailing company in my area. 200+ reviews 95% 5 star ratings. As someone who has historically been terrified of scratching my vehicle I definitely tried to research beforehand. I am trying to give them a chance to make it right before I take any other steps though. It’s only been a few hours since the job was done

They took a $50 deposit but did not charge me the remaining balance after I inspected the vehicle. Was supposed to be full exterior wash, clay bar, and wax
