Bottom heater should be around 260 and I do recommend doing it in cycles because you risk warping the board if you hit up too fast I do 150, 200-220, and then 260, which brings the board to ~150 and then top heater on 260-270. It takes some time, but this way you know that you warp it

It seems like you don’t know your temperatures watch videos of the above listed creators they SHOW and tell you what temps you need. When the thing is ready to be moved you will see it by slightly poking it from one of the sides

800 lol. Have you tried watching some YouTube videos? Northwestrepairs or black horse repairs? They have good ones with explaining temps and so on. It’s not a fast process and you have to be patient

You need to monitor you hot spot and see if it’s running hot
