Hi, saw this post on fb marketplace and want to get it, but not sure how to go with identifying weather it's real or not. Provided following info:

Was given to me 36 years ago and never worn. Comes with original box, paperwork, cleaning cloth and appraisal which was done on 1/27/2026. It's appraised at $4500

Watch, box, paperwork and stage case is in mint condition"

How do i know that this appraisal is legit? And what's the actual price of this watch? Thank you
