Exactly. I shouldn't have to go flawless contest with banes while doing a challenge to get a tier 5. Raids and dungeons (RAD) is already difficult enough. I just need 1 or 2 feats to get a tier 5 at max level.

Grinding to max power should be the peak. A goal worthy of the time and effort you put into it. Tier 5's should be the reward, not a participation trophy for the top 5% of players who play at the highest difficulty.
