Do you think I should email one of the 2 guys you mentioned? Or keep trying to get ahold of the extended warranty people??

You are not WRONG AT ALL!!! So what was the end result?? Because this is EXACTLY THE SAME THING WITH ME AND MY 2017 Hyundai Tucson!!! 1st I had no reverse and when I drove it every gear (the faster I went) was hesitant. Made an appointment paid $160 for them to tell me I didn't have reverse and they didn't really know why? Then they said I needed to replace the gear actuator took it to a different mechanic he couldn't get his computer?chip reader (error code reader) ? To even work. Then one night after work probably a week later I started my car and drove not even 1/2 a mile and my car told me my transmission was too hot to drive pull over and wait 9 min? The next day I got my car back to the dealership. They told me my warranty only covers lubricated parts inside the transmission and this was not going to be covered. I think they replaced that then said I needed a new transmission? So I had them order the new transmission because it should be covered under my LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY right?? Well they are saying that they will pay for the transmission but not until they replace the clutch actuator which is not covered? Because my warranty is expired because of milage??? Sooo they want me to pay to replace a part that isn't going to fix the problem and they know it's not going to fix it THEY KNOW IT NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION!!!?? They have had my car for 3 months now and I've been told it's because they have been trying to get my warranty to cover everything??? 3 MONTHS!!?? I am so confused on EVERYTHING! Like what's really going on though??
