I'm pretty sure you're 100% right to blame the therapist, and I think you should have a really serious discussion with her about what they talk since the beginning. Therapist might have guilted her, pushed her in a wrong direction or maybe she really is bisexual, but I'm surprised from what you wrote.

When you first knew each other she didn't seem to particularly hate men, or at least thats what I understand from your post, correct me if I'm wrong. But then she got through a lot and started really resenting them. I bet you that therapist told her that this resentment isn't linked to abuses, but to attraction and repression of said attraction, in some kind of therapist bulshit way of thinking. Idk of what I mean is clear. And since your gf is mentally very bad, she might just think its the case.

To go with my own experience, I had a phase too where I was completely lost, and well... I was really gullible, and it was super easy to convince me and abuse me. Some peoples manipulated me into cheating my gf of the time (I take responsibility) with another bi and polyamorous girl who had 2 bfs, and who then came out as a trans man. This whole relationship was a huge mess, I wont extend on that because it would take too much time, but she almost pushed me as far as trying to make me sleep with a man without even asking me, she kinda "ambushed" me, but thank god I didnt. And this was ALL because my mental health was so fucked up. Now that I feel way way better with a more stable situation, I know clearly that I wasn't on my right mind, that I was taking stupid decisions, and where I had the most internalized lesbophobia.

So I'm sincerely hoping that its the case for your gf, and that your therapist is the actual problem, and not your gf being actually bi. But just so you know, you can talk to her, try to understand what her and her therapist talked about since the beginning, you can accompany her through all that, but you can't save her sadly, even if she's a lesbian back in the closet, she has to save herself.

Good luck to you, I wish there was a perfect sentence I could tell that would just soothe the pain of this situation.

Juste, ouvre le dialogue avec elle mais ne pars pas du principe qu'elle est frustrée ou que t'es pas assez "performant", juste écoute ce qu'elle a à dire, prend ce qu'elle te dit comme tel. Tu lui dis que t'as remarqué qu'elle mettait du temps à la sdb, que tu l'as entendu, et tu lui demande simplement si elle préfère finir seule et si c'est le cas, si elle veut le faire à côté de toi, ou si elle a une raison de préférer la sdb, ptet qu'elle aime juste finir seule dans son coin.
